Terms of service
Last updated: 27 October 2026 (draft)
Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. This text is a working draft and not yet a binding agreement. Items in square brackets, such as [Company name], [Address] and [Contact email], are placeholders.
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name], [Address] ("we", "us"), for your use of airepeat (the "service"), including the website at airepeat.com and the dashboard.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.
- During the beta we approve new accounts by hand and may decline or delay any application.
- If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
2. Bring your own accounts
The service works with accounts you hold at third parties, such as GitHub, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare and AI model providers. Your use of those accounts is governed by their own terms, and they bill you directly. When you ask the service to create or change resources in those accounts (for example a new server), you authorise us to do so on your behalf and you are responsible for the resulting charges. We show provider prices before paid actions where the provider makes them available, but the provider's bill is final.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may refuse content, suspend workspaces or close accounts that break it.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in your content, code and data. You give us the limited permission we need to host, process and transmit it to provide the service. Code is stored in your own repositories; we do not claim ownership of it.
5. AI features
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other material. Review it before you publish. AI requests run with your own model key and are subject to your provider's terms. We refuse requests that break the acceptable use policy.
6. Fees
The bring-your-own service is free during the beta. If we introduce fees, including for managed hosting, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
7. Third-party software
The service uses and installs open-source software, including Coolify and the services in its catalogue, under their own licences. See third-party notices. airepeat is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Coolify project.
8. Availability and changes
The service is in beta and provided "as is". It may change, be interrupted or have bugs. We may change these terms; for material changes we will give notice by email or in the dashboard.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or others. Resources in your own provider accounts remain yours.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or charges from your providers, and our total liability is limited to [amount]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
[Company name], [Address]. Email: [Contact email].
