Last updated: 27 October 2026 (draft)
Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. This text is a working draft and not yet a binding agreement. Items in square brackets, such as [Company name], [Address] and [Contact email], are placeholders.
This policy applies to everything you build, host or run with airepeat, including sites, services, AI requests, names and domains, whether on your own servers or on managed hosting.
Not allowed
- Phishing and pages that collect credentials or payment details under false pretences.
- Malware, including distributing, hosting or controlling malicious software, and botnets.
- Scams and fraud, such as fake shops, investment schemes and fake giveaways.
- Impersonation of people, companies, brands or government bodies.
- Illegal goods and services, including drugs, weapons and stolen data.
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Hate: content that attacks or incites violence against people for who they are.
- Harassment, threats, stalking and doxxing (publishing private information about someone).
- Adult sexual content.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, and sites that exist to manipulate search engines.
- Cryptocurrency mining on managed hosting.
- Infringing other people's copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Attacking, probing or overloading other systems, or trying to get around our limits and safeguards.
How we enforce it
- Names, text and AI requests are checked automatically, and AI requests that break this policy are refused.
- We review reports and may look at the public content concerned.
- Depending on how serious it is, we may refuse content, take a site offline, suspend a workspace, or close an account, with or without notice. We may disconnect the service from your provider accounts. For resources in your own accounts, we may also report the abuse to that provider.
- We report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.
- If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email [Contact email].
Reporting abuse
To report a site or service run with airepeat, use the abuse report form or email [Contact email]. Include the address and what you found. We do not share your identity with the person you report unless the law requires it.
